Overview
Formerly Park South, Grant is an apartment community in Seattle’s South Park neighborhood that underwent a full rebrand. As the lead Graphic Designer, I developed a fresh visual identity that modernizes the property while reflecting the welcoming, community-focused spirit of the neighborhood.
Deliverables
A comprehensive brand package including a brand book, logo suite, and custom patterns; print collateral such as community sheets, tour sheets, and floor plan layouts; a detailed community map; and a full environmental graphics system, including monument signage, building IDs, leasing and parking signs, A-boards, directional wayfinding, and a complete property-wide signage solution.

Challenge
Rebranding Park South, now Grant, meant revitalizing an outdated visual identity that no longer reflected the recent renovations or the unique character of the South Park neighborhood. With increasing competition and declining renter engagement, the challenge was to develop a fresh, modern, and approachable brand that would attract new residents while strengthening community connection.
Solution
I developed a modern yet approachable visual system that reflects South Park’s unique character. The rebrand included a refined logo suite, custom patterns, and environmental graphics to create a cohesive, welcoming community experience. Working independently, I ensured all touchpoints—from signage to print materials—aligned to tell a consistent brand story.
Brand Book & Logo
The Grant logo was designed to reflect the community’s strong, yet welcoming character. It balances a polished, masculine feel with a clean and approachable look—capturing the brand’s identity and appealing to its target audience.
Print Collateral
The rebrand included environmental graphics like property maps, building and directional signage, and interior elements—all designed to enhance the resident and guest experience by improving wayfinding and clarity.
